Q. Where is the corporate office located?
A: Market Place Office Park, 6621 E. Pacific Coast Hwy, Ste. 140 Long Beach, Ca 90803. The building is in the back right corner behind the Re Max building. The office is on the 2nd floor. Courtesy parking is the yellow loading zone at the foot of the stairs leading to our suite No. 140 on the south side of the building.
Q: What are the nearest cross streets?
A: Pacific Coast Highway & 2nd Street
Q: What are your office hours?
A: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday, many locations have open houses on Saturday.
Q: How long does it take to process the application and credit check?
A: 1-3 Days depending on whether we can contact and verify your references, past landlords and income information.

Q: How do I view one of the units?

Q: If I am married, do both of us have to fill out an application?
A: Yes.
Q: Do you accept pets?
A: Yes, on some units. Please check our rental listings and fill out our pet application.
Q: Are leases required for all units or specific units?
A: We offer month-to-month, six month and year leases, depending on the location.
